Droid fonts license clarified

I just got confirmation about the Droid fonts:

Ascender built the Droid fonts and it is our expectation that the OHA will release them as part of the Android platform under the Apache license. This is ultimately up to the OHA and not Ascender.
Creative Commons License
The Droid fonts license clarified by David Crossland, except the quotations and unless otherwise expressly stated, is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License.
